Essure Problems May Be Just Beginning

Essure women are slowly awakening to the fact that their medical issues are being caused by the Essure birth control device and want it removed from their bodies

Thursday, September 20, 2018 - Essure-related problems may be just beginning and could grow exponentially in the months and years to come. The Facebook group Essure Problems started with about 100 members and has now grown to over 40,000. That number could surpass 100,000 in a little over a year. Not everyone can be accepted into the group. Applicants must prove that they are Essure women themselves and wish to voice their opinion about their personal experience with the device. Nearly one million women are currently carrying Essure within their bodies and if they are not now suffering from one or more of the devices side effects, in time they probably will be. The human body is extremely good at attacking and degrading foreign objects within it and Essure is no exception. Essure devices are failing in record numbers due to the device breaking apart inside a woman.

Bayer, the maker of Essure, continues to defend the Essure birth control device saying the benefits far outweigh the problems but that may be not true. When a woman approaches her doctor complaining of the adverse symptoms they are experiencing, their Essure doctor usually dismisses their claims and points to factors other than Essure. Women are unaware that Essure doctors are "paid Essure salespersons", actually on the Bayer payroll to promote and sell the product. More and more woman are asking Essure removal-related questions after having been told that their symptoms are "all in their head." Here is a typical example from an Essure woman after it has dawned on her that Essure may be causing her medical issues. "I have a question, do the problems stop once it's removed? I had the procedure in 2009. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, & sleep apnea a few years after having the implants. I've had pain in my ovary area on one side or the other every month before my periods since implant. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and have been on meds a few years now. Last year I had an ablation and d&c done from heavy periods for a year. Now I'm 45 and starting menopause. The hot flashes and mood swings are horrible. I just chalked this up to age and bad luck but now I'm seeing a possible correlation. So has anyone had these issues after Essure insertion and do they go away after removal?"

More and more women who have had the Essure birth control device implanted are experiencing painful complications from the Essure device and wish to have the device removed. Essure often breaks into sharp pieces and punctures the uterus requiring a hysterectomy to remove the device fragments. Even a small piece of Essure metal left in the body after an attempt at removal can be undetectable and cause a lifetime of allergic and auto-immune issues such as a full-body rash, migraine headaches and worse. Nickel allergies and metal hypersensitivity can cause a woman to experience "suicidal tendencies" from having Essure inside of them.
